Sales Center for Zhonghehongmei Interior Decoration Design
The purpose of this project is to create both function and aesthetic architectural space for people. Designer tries to revivify the life by using soft and subtle light to express the light and shade, the temperature of color, the atmosphere and space feeling. And the project meets the needs of structure and layout of the building, as well as the function and aesthetic requirements. The reflection and refraction of light can be infinitely intertwined in the room to create a bright space.

Unique Properties
The attribute of space has always been changing with the change of the times. The business space which is full of marketing atmosphere is no longer the mainstream. Therefore, designers break the traditional ideas to create a new perspective for Sales Center. The area is divided by marble and wooden separating frame. The folding screen is semi-transparent, which can create a more exploratory interest about spatial pattern.

Production Technology
The main materials are stone, plants, woods and indigenous materials, which creates a breakthrough recombination and collocation among different materials. They become perceivable entities and it install all good lives in series
Design Challenge
The sand table area always has been the center of vision and action. Based on the reasonable calculation and consideration of the walking line, the designer has done fine processing to avoid the congestion feeling that massive redundant stacking cause. The bright matrix lighting above the sand table area makes the visitors' eyes focus on the area again, and gives itself and the building main body the similar superimposed sense of hierarchy.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2020 in Yantai and finished in September 2020 in Yantai.
Operation Flow
The facade of the building carvers up the space by spreading the whole plane and gradually displays the whole space with strong moving lines, which guides the visitors' sight and body like water flow.
Research
Vision is the first feeling of space. Unified materials and colors bring depth, confidence and unlimited possibilities. In the negotiation area, plants bonsai reminds people of nature. The space full of plants seems to be injected into oxygen and vitality. And this makes discussion and sharing another kind of space experience in the negotiation area.
Inspiration
Designing the space is designing the light. The designer takes the light as a kind of architectural element and applies this to the designing. While constructing architectural aesthetics, the design focuses on the functionality, and achieves balance, rhythm, repetition and other demands. He also create artistic conception with the help of light, more emotional architectural space of natural materials. Therefore he helps the dwellers to live a better life.
