Residential Development for FM Torus Insaat
Quark was chosen for the architecture and interior design of the Lovin Maris Villas. The project consists of 14 modern style villas situated in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. Quarks design concept for this project integrates minimalist aesthetics and comfort with the geographic position of the villas. The positioning of the villas, overlooking the Marmara Sea, combined with large windows, LED cove lighting and spotlighting offers an eye friendly interior. The warm color palette used in the villas is complemented by the use of organic materials and natural textures.

Operation Flow
Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.
Research
Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
Inspiration
Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.
