The things of wabi-sabi are frozen in time. Simplicity is at the heart of wabi-sabi. Of course, nothingness is the ultimate in simplicity. The ceiling shape of the atrium and the dark metal iron rods can vaguely sense the flow in the space, and glimpse the collision with the food, adding to the interactivity and interest of the space. It is a place where simplicity, quiet simplicity and the warmth of human fireworks coexist.

Operation Flow
It interprets a state of mind that is difficult for people to reach. Wabi-sabi aesthetics is more understood as the beauty of loneliness, simplicity, and indifference, seeing completeness in incompleteness, and feeling infinite vitality in limitation.

It is a place where simplicity, quiet simplicity and the warmth of human fireworks coexist. The diners feel the beauty and delicacy of the food in a relaxed and comfortable state. For a moment, their minds are separated and filled with warmth. The design of the independent box gathers human interactions into one corner, making the space more private. Guests and friends can enjoy banquets, mingling, chatting and laughing, and the atmosphere is subtle and beautiful. The overall tone of wabi-sabi, through the use of dim lights, simple wood and stone, makes every brick, tile, plant and tree here create a wabi-sabi sanctuary in this busy city.

Feng Tian Restaurant Project has been a Silver winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
